U10 is for kids with a birthday August 1st, 2016 – July 31st, 2018 (10 and under). Circumstances may move up players eligible for U8 with a parent’s and coach’s approval.

- Cleats
- Shinguards
- Water Bottle
- Goalie Gloves (if needed)
- Mouth Guard (if needed)
- Inhaler (if needed)
- Medication (if needed)
- Ball Size 4 (optional)
Rules
- Throw in the ball when it goes out on the sidelines.
- Cornerkicks (for team farther away) and Goal kicks (for team closest) when it goes out on the end lines.
- Other team to build out line for goal kicks or when goalie gets possession.
- No goalie punting
- No penalty kicks
- Don’t touch the ball with your hands.
- Defense, Offense, and Goalie positions are added with 9 players on the field.
- No heading.
- No sliding.
- No jewelry.
